only 2 weeks left to drop 8 more lbs for 6 wk challenge....on vacation for the next 2 wks so no excuse on the water...I recently read about a diet that had you drink 1.5 liters of water in the morning before you start eating....maybe I'll try to see if that works any better...whoops, already had a cup of coffee!....anybody heard of this or tried it?
143.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
