Well, this was a nice surprise! I did the fat fast the week before and thought I might gain a little this week when transitioning back to LC. Will be making goodies next week and will try to hold steady...
152.0 lb Lost so far: 123.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
