I saw my trainer yesterday, he's helping me with weight and strengthening exercises throughout my pregnancy.
He said if i hadn't put on the 10 kilo when i quit smoking i'd be doing great, but i did so i'm not!.
So over the next five weeks i need to do 'hours' of walking daily with healthy eating to loose 2 kilo, and be 76 kilo in 5 weeks, instead of gaining. Only then can i safely go into the third trimester without excess weight and it's complications......oh god! will weigh in daily here, and try and do this (after my fruit instead of toast...boring).
172.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 14.0 lb a week

Hi Mia. Just checking in on you and Baby. You can do it! I often said that a pregnancy will whip me right into shape because I can't imagine not doing my best for the baby. Kudos to you. (((HUGS)))
