I saw my trainer yesterday, he's helping me with weight and strengthening exercises throughout my pregnancy. He said if i hadn't put on the 10 kilo when i quit smoking i'd be doing great, but i did so i'm not!. So over the next five weeks i need to do 'hours' of walking daily with healthy eating to loose 2 kilo, and be 76 kilo in 5 weeks, instead of gaining. Only then can i safely go into the third trimester without excess weight and it's complications......oh god! will weigh in daily here, and try and do this (after my fruit instead of toast...boring).
