I am happy to report that I lost a pound! That is very good considering the time of year. It is so hard to say no when I am the cook and sampling everything I am baking. I am trying to stay clean and focused. Thank you buddies for the inspiration and motivating words. We'll see what happens next week!
170.0 lb Lost so far: 31.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
