Weighed in at 243. Moving took a lot of energy. Still working on the new house to make it a home. It's taking a lot of energy so I guess that will be a good workout. Merry Christmas everyone.
BTW, how do you put a picture on here?
243.0 lb Lost so far: 32.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Nice drop. You can upload an image to a photo sharing site like Imgur, there you will find then a link for forums and message boards, then you just copy/ paste it.

You can, the you must copy the link and then here in your journal press the sunset over the mountian icon that you find above "font size" / under "write a journal". Then paste your link between the ][
