Heading back to Phase 1. I've fallen so far off the wagon, I can't even see it up ahead anywhere. Best to begin again, now that I don't have any baking work to do, and the emotional stress of Dad's remarriage is ebbing. Who knew that at my age (37) I could still have Daddy issues?
