Wow! This is post Christmas dinner for the company. Heaps of roast beef, scalloped potatoes, corn (had a little), buns (had none), and plates piled with fresh veggies. I mean, it was perfect. The host and hostess (boss and his wife) were gracious and doting. Conversation was jovial and light hearted. Best Christmas dinner I've ever had from an employer. It may never be beat, except for next year when it will all happen again. BRING ON CHRISTMAS!!! Woohoo!!!
191.4 lb Lost so far: 8.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
