Well! Good loss with the fat fast. We will see how transitioning back to reg low carb goes.
153.0 lb Lost so far: 122.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

4 days fat fast. On the 5th day today but I weigh on fridays. I'll finish today and then go back to my reg low carb.
