Hey everyone! I'm definately new to this. So far things are looking up thsi is only my third day on the diet but i already lost about 3-4 pounds and i got a compliment that my face is looking thinner! Compliments always help to keep things going along.
I started this diet on Sat three days ago and i did slip up on saturday i went out drinking with some friends and it says no alcohol but hey girls just wanna have fun -lol- besides that i've been following everything with the exception that i have 3 meals and snack (mostly veggies or a peice of cheese or a hardbilied egg) as needed.
Everyone said this diet is so hard because you can't have bread but the books were absolutely right- its only my 3rd day and my cravings are gone. The first 2 days i felt like crap liek i was missing some type of nuitrition but i guess that's just my body detoxing i felt great today.
I'm hoping to start goign to the gym also (thats the hardest part of it all -yuck-.
Keep it up!
198.0 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 78.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Way to go! Once you get use to the new eating habits, it gets so much easier.

You are off to a great start, good job! Try to stick to the diet to the letter for Phase 1, after that you will find that SBD is surprisingly easy to live with and very forgiving.
