Scale started to move - right direction.
NO to Sugary items. If its sweet its NO NO
NO to heavy carbs, Bread, pastry, Reduce meat.
Yes to fish - olive oil - fresh veg + Fruit.
205.0 lb Lost so far: 8.8 lb.    Still to go: 17.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
on diet Calorie Counting!   losing 0.3 lb a week
