Dang! Pies, ice cream, burgers, and pizza really do add up rather quickly. Back to work I go. Tomorrow will be better.

High Protein/Low carb
Cut back on all processed foods and sugar intake
Treadmill 1 mile daily (I still won't exercise as I should but I'll commit)
maybe a squat challenge or something
Goal 135 lbs by 12/31/2015

140.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
