Today, I am on the go all day, and there will be no journal. I gained weight, but all other numbers are down, so it's okay. More on that in tomorrow's journal. Life is good!
207.0 lb Lost so far: 134.7 lb.    Still to go: 19.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
