Broke the 290 barrier. 3 Weeks and down 19 pounds. I knew the first couple of weeks I would have a large weight loss due to be sooooo over-weight. It should start to even out soon to about 1-3 pounds a week. Here is where the real challenge starts.
Workout number two of the Stronglifts program. Now I get to add some weight to the 45 pound barbell. Going to fit in some cardio too :) Good Times.
Played golf with my 14 year old son yesterday for probably the last time this season as it will be too cold soon. He had his first Eagle and I shot an 85 which is my best round this year :)
And to top things off, my Bronos beat the Patriots last night !!
