Fair enough. I swing all over the place when I'm dieting down. This should be the top of the refeed. Everything slowly drifting down. Out of raisins. No treat nut mix today. I haven't done that for at least 8 months. Of course my stash has somehow magically disappeared.
189.6 lb Lost so far: 10.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I never know with you whether to applaud a weight gain or a weight loss! But as long as YOU know what you're doing, that's fine 😁

No munchies. I don't know whether to applaud a gain or loss either. I just seem to know which to expect.

I stored recording weight daily. When I started doing 5:2 it seemed pointless, and I didn't like the zigzag line 😛 I still weigh every day, but only record weekly, and record an average of the previous 2 or 3 days, depending on what makes the most sense to me. Seems to work okay.

I know. Simple right? A few almonds, some raisins, get a little crazy and throw in a few chocolate chips....
