Pure awesomeness! Always motivating to see such a big drop in a week.

I suspected that last week's 4.6kg weight gain after my week and a half Diwali break was mostly undigested food and water and it seems I was right about it. I rebooted myself on Monday and only went to gym once this week.

I am totally amazed by my journey so far. Hope it inspires all of you as well.
244.9 lb Lost so far: 38.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
