sneaked in loss thanks to a killer week at the gym. Now to reset my diet.. I'm not doing awful..but I am taking bites here and there and allowing myself too many liberties and I know its ok now especially since I've lost the weight but i want to save those liberties for the holidays and not get comfortable allowing them all the time bc this is where I started to gain all the weight back the last time I lost it..I had lost 67 lbs and I gained all those and 30 more back .. so ya, imma a little paranoid. I'm at a all time low.. need to keep it here..
I've made a small resolution for New Year's.. I know its early but I'm buying myself a new idiot box and if the weight varies from what the one I have now varies, so be it. That is the weight I will start the new year with. I had bought a new one a while back and my weight varied violently so I returned it..I should have just kept it. Meh. I weighted myself yesterday at the store and not a huge difference but I still think I need a new scale. Mine is prolly 5 yrs old and its not digital. Def time for a upgrade. I was almost thinking I should retire it now and just weight weekly at the store every Sunday .. but I'm too lazy and I'm not sure Ill make it to the store on the same day every week , especially if its cold out. hehe
Moving forward : Meals planned up til Wednesday which is my day off so Ill plan the rest of the week then.Gym planned out. Chopped and prepped for the next few days..Focusing on not letting petty crap get to me.. telling myself , not my circus, not my monkeys!!

OMG girl - you are just dropping! Be sure to get rest, too. or alternate so you do not overtrain or hurt yourself in the six days a week.

HCB , ive spread it out so Im not doing too much in one day,bc I was spending 2 hrs or more a nite at the gym and wanted to cut it back some. My goal is in and out in 1hr 10m and that includes cardio except leg days.I also sometimes split my work outs and do my cardio in am and lift after work to allow recovery time. I'm able to do this 1-3 times a week and it helps. And Ill be honest.. if a day comes up and I don't want to go bc Im tired, I wont/dont bhahahaha...

Today I am not feeling Good at all. my anxiety levels are very high, I feel angry and depressed not feeling like myself at all. my eating routines is not good at all I acutally have no desire to eat. I drank my morning coffee but as far as eating I am just not hungry at this time. I ran errands this morning, I stopped an picked up one dozen of chicken tamales to eat for the rest of the say. lunch and dinner. Arriving home at 11 am I ate one chicken tamale which had no taste to me. I left my house at 11 30 am to take my son to work. I feel tired and very angry I cannot control my feelings, I'm feeling as if I am going crazy. After arriving at home I took a nap on the couch for numerous hours (3). I woke up not feeling well so I drank 16.9 oz of water. pushing myself to review my class work. I finally went to bed at 8 p.m. and did not wake up intil the Sunday Morning at 7 am.

Sunday the 15th of November I did not feel any better. I took my son to work and returned to the house and just made myself a cup of coffee. Still not hungry at all I did take my thyroid meds. warmed up a chicken tamale and drank it with 8 oz. of orange punch. then I took my sugar medication. I checked my sugar levels and they were high of course (154). Water consumption for the day. 16.oz of water. At 2:00 pm I ate a small French fries that is what my body seemed to be craving fries. Water 16.9oz of water. When home and just felt crummy the rest of the day. no where near the daily caloric intake of 1500.

Jaqueline. Im sorry to hear your feeling down. I was looking at your profile and noticed you intake a lot of processed foods. Have you considered cutting back on the carbs and adding in more vegetables?..What you eat is just as important as how may calories/carbs you eat. I would start by cutting out the bread,chips and cookies.. Once I cut those out, a "fog" sorta just lifted and i wasn't tired all the time...good luck to you. let me know if you need any help !

Thanks Tamarah.. I needed to 'snap' outta it.. we all go thru a rut sometimes i guess. I'm just grateful I was able to keep on at the gym... its really saved my sanity.. I'm glad to be 'back' and ready to rumble !!!! Week.. hit me with your best shot!!
