I lost another 200 grams today, inching my way back towards a new low. There is still some way to go. I hope I make it before Saturday's weigh-in. I see that I am both losing weight AND that my fat percentage is coming down. This means that I am actually losing MORE than what I just see on the scale. There is more fat gone than what the scale is showing. That's awesome! I need the fat percentage down in general, and it's slowly coming. I will keep doing that I have been doing, and we'll see where the next couple of days takes me.
Life is good.
206.8 lb Lost so far: 134.9 lb.    Still to go: 19.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
