I haven't lost anything more. I know that that is my doing, but I am doing my best at the moment. I would like to be under 90 kgs by the end of the month. Just hoping that there will be a whoosh on the scales soon.
202.4 lb Lost so far: 24.9 lb.    Still to go: 48.1 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
