Well I am back on JC. I am down 1 lb on my first week.I really didn't follow it that strict. But a loss is a loss.
I was ashamed and embarrassed that I have gained so much of my weight back and after trying MANY other things, I have come back to what I know has worked for me in the past.
So here's to new beginnings!
