I rather the low-calorie thing, but just pick the one who's easier for you to stick with!

So I haven't weighed in since I started because I don't want to be disappointed so I'm going to make a commitment to weigh in every other sunday. And mayb e that will tell me which diet works best. I was reading an article about a chiropractor who lost more than half his weight by working out for 3 or 4 hrs at a time in the gym. I wish I had that much time to do that lol

Lucky him! Having lots of time to spend working out is what every single one of us would like to have! About that weighing on Sundays, I could join you!Maybe making it an " appointment" with someone else would help both of us to not avoid (sometimes akward) scale moment.

Very true. Well he is a professional (cough) doctor...so he has tons of time if need be. In any case it's an accomplishment. and I'm down....lets schedule a weigh in on Sundays. How about 8pm new york time? Every other Sunday works for me.
