Okay. I think that's enough. Today was supposed to be refeed day, but last night it turned into a feeding frenzie. Last night I got tricked into going to a dinner for a local kids camp. A fund raiser. I had dinner and three deserts. Yes three. Two lemon and cream cheese squareds on a crust about 2x2 and a piece of huckleberry pie. On that note, who could resist huckleberry pie. I had fun by the way.

It ends there, right? Au contraire! I got home and ate a half a bag of zesty cheese doritos. That would be the 270 gr bag, not the little one. At 2:30 I couldn't sleep so naturally... I ate the other half a bag, then had a banana and a piece of toast complete with butter chaser.

I've already confessed this to an FS buddy. Well, maybe not all of it.

That's right people. Where today was supposed to be a refeed day, yesterday was a gastronomic disaster. 4500 calories. I feel like someone filled my abdomen with sawdust and glue.

That being said, I'm finding that with the refeed days I'm consuming on average 2200 calories over the week and losing a pound. I'm going to try a week at 2200 calories per day and see if that keeps me a little level. I'll try it. It may be an over reaction. It's very rare that I lose control like that.

AW CRAP! I didn't include the two slices of pizza my daughter gave me. *face palm* This is easily a half pound of excess calories in one day.
190.2 lb Lost so far: 9.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Wow. Sounds like me for the past week. This is week three of taking control but it's so dang hard. I need more determination. We can do this. Those 4400 calories will take time to burn my friend. Trust me I know. Good luck!!!

Lucky for me my maintenance is about 2600 calories. It will still take a few days to level it.

I've started eating pickles whenever I get that chow down urge..works for me, might eat a gallon of them but it works!.LOL

If you can stop with it being only one day and not say oh well what the he.. Might as well give up you'll be fine.

Sometimes it's tough to stop once the feed train gets rolling. Social events with all the assorted desserts can be a temptation nightmare. For me the good thing about really going overboard and pigging out is once I do it, it kind of gets it out of my system because I feel like crap afterwards. Regardless it's a bump in the road and you'll continue on.

I had a fig newton that triggered a avalanche of craving so i ate some marshmallow cookie crap DH bought,,, and then my stomach exploded.. lesson learned.. Just pick up where you left off.. it happens to all of us... Monday is a new day !!

Baaahaaahaaa....not laughing at your suffering, just your wording of it ,LOL. Sadly I am now craving pie...any old pie would do but thankfully I don't have any *whew*. This coming week will be better for you I'm sure!

Ha! I don't see myself as courageous to share this. We're all human. If I'm not open and honest here, I lose part of the value in the site, and so do others who use it.

I can relate as can most to what NM went through. And I admit it does take courage for me to come here to bare my soul but I know if I don't, I'm screwed. Might take me a week or so, but after you've lived on this site as long as most of us have, it's comes as naturally as breathing. Very very grateful for the site and the people here. Thank you.
