Danie, are you eating the same foods everyday or are you changing them around? Try to eat, chicken, tuna or fish, pork, then red meat, then start over. Also, move your fruits and starches to breakfast, snacks and lunch, so that you don't have them after 3 or 4 in the afternoon. I very rarely have starches for dinner, except for the beer on some weekends...he he. Up your water to 10 glasses with lemon if you can. ( I told you I need to get a job at LA....) I am not sure what plan you are on but try to drink lemon water immediately when you wake up each and every morning then eat breakfast within 30 minutes of waking up.
