Not sure why I'm higher. I'll trust the math. Could have been the workout.
188.2 lb Lost so far: 11.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It was the workout..but yeah for you for working out. I returned to the gym today in a long time...felt good, ran a mile and swam...

It was an odd workout. It was like my body said 'Yeah... that deadlift is too heavy. You can't do it." I have hung twice before at this weight and failed. I backed down 10% and approached it again, and this time, the third time, I still couldn't do it. I decided that though it was too hard, I was going to do it anyway. My body might be saying no, but my brain told me there was no reason to stall here three times. It had to be a mental threshold, not a physical threshold. I made the decision that I was going to do it anyway and did 5 reps. :D It was the first time I'd ever faced that.
