Very slowly moving along. It's been getting kind of discouraging and it makes me question if you want to continue to go further or work on maintenance. Ultimately I want to keep going, I'm not yet at a 'healthy' weight and it would be nice to lose some of the detached fat (if it's possible).

When it really comes down to it I would be completely satisfied to stay at my current weight. Ive gotten comfortable with this size and I love it. Still moving forward, enjoying my yoga and building some strength in my arms to start some of the fancy stuff. Yoga has also been helping me stay sane through this process and learn to enjoy myself exactly the way I am when I hit the mat.

Sometimes a reminder is nice, to keep things in perspective

it is possible maybe lifting weights could be a new challenge for you. 1 lbs of muscle is 20% smaller than 1 lbs of fat. so you would shrink your body fat and size and increase your metabolic rate. eat 1 gram of protein for the weight you want to be and with patience viola! the fat will melt away. make sure you are getting 50% of your total calories from protein 25% from fat and 25% carbs and watch the fat melt very very quickly. seen it happen over and over. very very difficult for the body to turn protein into fat.
