Stepped on the scale for the first time in a couple of weeks, muttering, "It's okay if I gained five pounds, I ate a lot of candy and it was delicious and I regret nothing!"
Instead, I find I've lost two more. Whoo hoo! Clearly, 10K steps per day trumps candy!
Next time (hopefully!), I'll be in the 150s. I haven't been there since sometime in my 30s... and I'm 46! These are exciting times, my friends!
