Well, I guess the almost 5 pound loss at last weigh in was part water since I did do a lot of very sweaty exercise.

The good news is that it was still a couple of pound lower than the weigh in before the 5 pounds so all is good.

Have a great week. Back to drinking a lot of water.
209.0 lb Lost so far: 60.0 lb.    Still to go: 44.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
