? Don't know why. Hopefully water weight and not allergy medicine (not steroids) causing a gain. I didn't even "cheat" on Halloween. I didn't log it but I was within carbs for the day.
203.0 lb Lost so far: 46.0 lb.    Still to go: 83.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
