Just entertained a guest, then traveled on an overnight trip to research the next book, so eating right was a struggle. I did so-so. Ultimately, I'm happy to have maintained my last weigh-in of 187. Hoping for a good week ahead.
187.0 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It's a thriller, contemporary yet with sci fi elements. That's my main project and the one I was researching. My backburner project is a crime thriller. How about you?
