No phent yesterday and today. Will try rest of this week. Managed half of wrap and half sandwich. Rice is lots of carbs but the kimchi is worth it. Parents here today for dinner will try doing burger. Started knitting throw pillow cases.
191.0 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
