I am so excited! 3 pounds down! That is now 16 pounds total! I didn't follow phase 2 exactly this week. I only had one starchy food OR one fruit. I didn't have both. I didn't like the way my body reacted to it the first week. I didn't give it much of a chance and that first week was getting ready for TOM. But it just scared me. Maybe I should follow SBD the way it says? Any suggestions?
224.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 94.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
