Staying well within RDI but eating too many carbs. Still not getting around much yet either. Ack!
174.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 24.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

upset tummy from antibiotics, only thing keeping me from vomiting is bread.

then maybe fasting would be a better idea, with just green tea/ginger root.

Dang, you have been on meds for a long time! Hope that you are feeling somewhat better. I have to take antibiotics after I eat or end up throwing up and usually something with carbs. Cardamon or licorice tea may help your tummy. Antibiotics on an empty stomach often make one sick.
