been to dietition ..now going to add back in spagetti bolognaise ...but on a smaller plate and with vegeteables mixed into the sauce perhaps philly cheese and a small amount of cheddar topping

also going to add in chicken fried rice on a smaller plate

pie peas and oven chips ...leaving some of the pastry


keep working on the veggies aiming for under 15stones and 7 pounds
220.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
