Ok, so now I'm just confused because I am not planning this. I haven't made tea all week, but surely I don't drink THAT much tea! I don't know, maybe I do.

I guess you'll take it, though! Some people are really sensitive to caffeine and it can impact their weight. Do you put anything in your tea? And it's possible it's just a coincidence. I have read that when the body burns fat for fuel the residue becomes water that can be retained in the cells and then released when the body feels it's safe.

There is nothing wrong with drinking tea. But if the tea is black tea try to drink it in the morning only once a day because of the caffeine. You can enjoy herbal teas all day because they are caffeine free

If you're adding sugar to the tea and now not having tea, that could be the explanation for the drop too

I know what you mean about some good ol' sweet southern iced tea! If you were drinking alot of it, then those calories add up. Not drinking that amount any more could definitely cause weight loss. Every little change counts!

By His grace! :) Glen, being obedient even in every day life has sure made a difference! When I need to get up and do housework instead of being lazy on my phone it counts every time, and I am so grateful for His conviction on me for that because I have been more active :) So grateful I could cry. As far as that tea goes, yep I drank a lot of it lol. And to be honest I hadn't been making any because I was tired of making it, and I have been more drinking water, milk, veggie and fruit juice. I mainly drink the fruit, milk and veggie juices at breakfast. I bet that's a big part of it. This has been a very nice surprise!
