Note to self.....pay attention to the serving sizes on the label!! The carmel apples I have bought from Kroger, portion size is for a HALF of an apple!! 240 calories! 9 WW points plus!!!! I ate the whole apple then scanned it into my WW app. Live and learn!
158.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Kroger; I really miss you. Oh, truth be told...I miss those caramel apples even more! PR88, tough lesson, but good reminder for some of us.
