3/4 phent yesterday. I did not eat donuts or candy one piece is good. Pretzels give me slow lower cal treat in my mouth. Rest of vegetable soup. Cool today so will walk 4 miles. Clean closet. Rod won game yesterday against Ritter and Ryan team 26 to 6 Rod with three TD.
194.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
