Thanks Bren...just trying something new. I hope I can keep it up. Apparently this diet wasn't too much of a change as my daughter in law lost 2.5 lbs. her mom 3.5 lbs. and my son 3 lbs.!! She pointed out that I'm smaller than the rest of them so I'm going to lose less. Well, I hope she's right and I continue to lose.
