Ok,so after bouncing around non stop for the last 2 weeks, I have finally gotten back to my original weight loss of 3 kgs.
Now onward and downwards!

My first goal is to be under 90 kgs.

*Just got home from work. Eating plan successful. I know I can do this.
205.9 lb Lost so far: 21.4 lb.    Still to go: 51.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
