Bloat weight still but lots of walking tonight and low cal day. Finally hit 195. Definitely phentermine on empty stomach. Will try half tomorrow. Meatloaf in fridge. Turkey and pretzels for snacks. Will have to change it up this week oranges spinach cucumber maybe pork rinds
195.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
