Made a mess of my plan today. I absolutely DISLIKE food brought into the work place. My downfall every single time!!
Looks like I will have an appointment with my TM! :/
158.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
