well i weighted in and lost a lb that's good considering that I didn't try I was just more aware of what I was eating. This week coming I expect to put weight on so next week will be a disappointment but these 2 weeks or just to get me into the habit of recording what I eat and the mind set of the lifestyle change I have to make.
227.0 lb Lost so far: 1.6 lb.    Still to go: 77.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
