I thought that I followed my lifestyle change very well. :( I feel a little sad about not really losing this week. I am going to hold myself accountable for last night, though. I had sort of a significant volume of food. I guess that 270.6 number just showed up :(..I won't give up on what I am doing, though. I just need to try to make modifications if I am going to make this work. I am really looking to be down between 230-240 pounds by Christmas. That would be great!! :)

You can do this! Have you talked to a dietitian about your goals? Be careful not to get too few calories in a day as well or your body will feel starved and hold onto fat.
