I finally got my mind wrapped around this need to lose weight and started yesterday on the 17 day diet...So far so good...It isn't hard to do...Nothing white or sugary...As much lean protein as needed and a lotof free cleansing Veggies...The only thing I need to watch/count is 1-2 Tablspoons of either Olive Oil or Flaxseed Oil, two probiotic foods and two fruits....I must have these daily....All allowed meat/fish/fowl must be skinless and cooked in a lean manner...I can have 4 whole eggs a week if I have no cholesterol problem OR I can have 4 egg white omelets at will...and I must drink 8 glasses of water a day and do at least 17 minutes of exercise a day...
