in spite of really good eating and a couple of long hikes, I"m only down one pound. grr
162.4 lb Lost so far: 20.4 lb.    Still to go: 12.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

What you mean is...after good eating habits and exercise, you lost weight, lol! Whooo Hoooo! Go you! Keep going and you will be at goal before you know it. EVERY pound counts.

if you combine good eating and exercising (especially aerobic), whenever you check your weight, always measure your body - chest, hips, tights and waist. you may not notice losing weight, but you may reduce your measurement. Always remember - weight and measures are only numbers which help us know we are on the right way
