restarting induction for a few weeks kick started a solid loss this week and i was in ketosis Friday but I kicked myself out by going out with DH Friday and Saturday. I was good diet wise but the adult beverages did it..I'm grateful to log a loss and I feel like I owe to my workouts more than anything..I've started to focus more on my macros and watch calories and protein intake as well and not just net carbs. I feel like the huge deficit in calories is also whats helping me to lose even when I over do the carbs. I've also been carb cycling with out even trying. Any one with advice/suggestion for that?? On a side note, bought me a new little work out tank size 12-14 with out even having to try it on and it fit perfect.. Getting one step closer to my goal. // This week holds a challenge for me.Wednesday is my mom's bday and we are playing bingo all day and heading out to lunch. She chose Golden Corral so plenty of low carb options there, its just the rest of the day will be hard. We start at 12, so i was going to try to get to gym early before we go and have a good breakfast and then we hit the 2nd spot about 530 so Ill have time to come home for some healthy snacks to take at night but i always always nibble when we go and there will be cake.. Give me strength!! Happy Monday to everyone..

HCB, I soooo agree, the weight training has taken me to a new level of fit.. I'm still pretty gigly all over but I can def see results everywhere and have the highest optimism that I can get where i want to be eventually. I'm aiming for 170 by 10/31 then 140 lbs by Feb 2016... and I can soo see myself getting there.. as other are making excuses about it being the holidays soon, Im getting ready to dig my heals in !!
