Well, I didn't gain so that's good. I was hoping for more than a one pound weight loss. I don't know if it was adding the fruit or adding the starch or a combo of both that decreased it all the way down to one pound. I was hoping for at least a two pound decrease. I think I am going to switch back and forth from phase one to phase two. We'll see. Maybe I'll only have fruit/starch a couple times a week instead of everyday.

So actually, it was 1.8 loss, so I feel better, that is closer to two pounds than one. My days better already LOL.
227.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 97.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
