This is good. I think I am going to ride my bicycle to work today, I've been wanting to do that but I have have had lots of home visits that require me to have my car, or have been on call that requires me to travel to the other office or other activity sites quickly. None of that today so I will be able to ride. :)
140.7 lb Lost so far: 129.3 lb.    Still to go: 10.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
