My weight this morning.....going to my WW class in a little bit. I feel awful....Oreo cookies before WW!!!! Ok....need to get my head straight!!!
158.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
