There it is. Time to lose. 18% body fat roughly. Time to 'Cut until Christmas'. I'm actually looking forward to it. I like the discipline required to lose.

Went hunting for a few hours yesterday. What did I see? First snowflakes of the season. That's what I saw.
193.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 1.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Snowflakes not good, It was snowing on top of Longs Peak also this weekend here in Colorado. 18% BF is not that bad

I feel fine about the 18%. Lots of people bulk past that. I'm just not ready to. I don't like long cuts. They annoy me. :)

Oh no! NOT snowflakes already? @Glen - you reminisce about your Minnesota life...I live it every Winter...argh! 18% body fat? NM - you are a marvel!

I am not ready for snow yet. I have too much work to do but for us it can come as early as a month from now. Last year once the first snow arrived nothing ever let it melt until april, the last finally went in early May.
