Well, I think this weight is mostly water gain, but if it stays above 190 pounds tomorrow, I will begin the cut. The plan on the cut is to lose until the middle of December. That should be 10 to 15 pounds if I'm diligent. At that point I'll go back to bulking and watch my calories closely, as I have in the last few months, and count every day except Christmas. Starting a week ahead of Christmas should have me comfortable with keeping the goody count from getting too high. There will still be things I won't eat. Middle of January I will start cutting again. At least, that's the plan at the moment.
191.4 lb Lost so far: 8.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
