That's a nice 1.1kg drop :)

Usually I'd only see a 0.5kg to 0.7kg drop in a week due to my non-fast days being eat whatever I want. I did see a bigger drop when I tweaked my non-fast days to be low-carb non-fast days.

So what does this all mean ? Well I have found that I can lose weight with various scenarios with fasting. I can opt for making my fast days and 2 out of 4 non-fast days as low carb OR I can opt for no-food fast days and not have any low-carb non-fast days. These two options can allow me lots of flexibility and helps me to sustain my weight loss so I do not gain weight.

I understand that lowering carbs will also help but this is just not sustainable for me at this time and I cannot go for long periods of time without carbs due to my lifestyle. My goal is not to lose the most weight in the shortest time but to lose my excess weight over time with a sustainable method that I can follow for the rest of my life and keep off the weight :)

My week was as follows :
Thurs : Non-Fast Day (ate unrestricted and exceeded RDI)

Fri : Fast-Day (36 calories and no food consumed)

Sat : Non-Fast Day (ate unrestricted and exceeded RDI)

Sun : Non-Fast Day (ate unrestricted and exceeded RDI)

Mon :
Fast-Day (27 calories and no food consumed)

Tues : Non-Fast Day (ate unrestricted and exceeded RDI) + Gym

Wed : Fast-Day (36 calories and no food consumed)
